Why is my remittance pending?

The processing time of remittance varies across countries and banks. You can refer to the information below for more details.

Malaysia

• T+0 Malaysia Banking day for transaction processed and received before 2.00pm GMT +8 time
• T+1 Malaysia Banking day for transaction processed and received after 2.00pm GMT +8 time
• Transaction status will update at T+2 and T+3 after cut-off.

Philippines

• Instant real-time * (Within 15 minutes). Transaction can be done on 24 x 7 basis (Highlighted in Bold and Italic as below).
  · Instant real-time * (Within 15 minutes). Transaction can be done on 24 x 7 basis (Highlighted in Italic as below) for amount under PHP 50,000.
  · T+1 Philippines Banking day for transaction received before 12.00pm (Mon-Fri) GMT +8 for amount above PHP 50,000.
  · T+2 Philippines Banking day for transaction received after 12.00pm (Mon-Fri) GMT +8 for amount above PHP 50,000.
  . May take up to T+3 Philippines Banking day to complete refund process from rural banks (Highlighted in Underline as below).

 Bangladesh

• T+2 business days, subject to receiving bank acceptance. Transaction final status may be returned the following day after account is successfully credited
  * business day in Bangladesh is Sunday – Thursday
  ** Branch code is required to process the transactions

India

• T+0 India Banking day for transaction processed and credited before 12.00pm (Mon-Fri) GMT +5.5
  T+1 India Banking day for transaction processed and credited after 12.00pm (Mon- Fri) GMT +5.5
  Transaction final status received T+1 India Banking day.
  For e.g. a transaction is processed at 11am GMT +5.5 on Day 1, and transactions is credited on same day (Day 1). However, Tranglo system will only transmit the final status on the following business day (Day 2).
  Transaction sent on Saturday or Sunday will be only be processed on next India banking day.
